Practicing The Consciousness of God’s Presence
But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life, Romans 6:22. In the Roman Empire, servants were seen as the properties of their masters and lived their entire life for the pleasure of their master. Their duty was to stand before their master all day long, seeking his pleasure. As slaves of God, we must always be conscious of His expectations of us. The only way we can bring pleasure to our Master is by standing daily in His presence attending to His every command. The Master’s presence is where we can gain access to His instructions. Living daily in the presence of our Master helps us to live holy. You cannot bear fruits unto holiness if you are not conscious of the presence of God. Also, abiding in the presence of the Master gives us eternal life (zoe- the God kind of life). This kind of life that only God can give is expressed in its fullness in three distinct areas: in character, in power and in prosperity. Do you seek to live a holy life and enjoy the God kind of life? The secret is practicing the consciousness of God’s presence.

SCRIPTURE FOR MEDITATION
1Peter 2:11
Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.

Meditating On The Personality of God
Meditating on the personality of God is the only way you can experience grace and peace on earth. The more you dwell on the knowledge of God, the more grace and peace you will experience. (2Peter 1:2- Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord)
Meditate on this revelation and worship God with it
Dear Lover: David was a man that the Lord loved dearly. Out of love for Him, God chose him to become king of Israel, even though he was the last son of his father and not trained in the art of war. God protected him from the hand of King Saul who sought to kill him. God made Jonathan, who was the heir apparent to Saul’s throne, love David so much that he was willing to submit his inheritance to David. God finally established him on the throne of Israel and made him a great king whose fame went abroad. God forgave his sins and gave him fresh opportunities to do what is right. He was blessed with wealth, with children, with wisdom and with might. All that David enjoyed were products of love. This same God that took David from obscurity to stardom is your Father. If He could do so much for David, a man under the old covenant, then He will certainly do much more for you. The world under the influence of Satan often paints God as being unloving to mankind. Sometimes we hear people ask questions such as: ‘if God loves me, why am I going through all these problems? Why the wars? Why the diseases that even kill innocent children? Why is my suffering never ending? Etc. You see, all our questions put together does not change the fact that God loves us. Many people see the experiences of today, but they seldom know of the seed sown yesterday. Adam and Eve sinned against divine order and sold this world over to God’s enemy and that is the reason for all the struggles and pain we experience. But thank God we have been delivered by the great Love of God towards us. And as we begin to walk in His way, we will begin to move into experiences of His love for us. He is a great lover of man and because of this love which He has for us, He went to hell Himself to practically deliver this world from Satan. What a lover He is! Romans 5:8 tells us of this great love- ‘But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. ’ There will be no excuse for anyone who rejects God’s great love. Think about this ‘How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him’ (Hebrews 2:3) God became man that man may regain his divine status. Let us worship Him for His great love for us.

There are three levels of prophetic warfare prayers: first is thanksgiving, second is aggressive warfare prayers aimed at enforcing compliance and third is prophesying your expectations based on the assurances given in the scriptures.
